Antes de decir tonterias infórmate. El edificio tiene un núcleo central inmobil, tu no te enteras que te mueves porque no hay aceleración, la energía la sacan del aire, los mueve el aire, y además, esa energía abastece al edificio.
Por lo que el edificio no consume nada, sinó que genera.

Maybe you just need to read what people say instead of throwing a knee-jerk reaction out. I didn't say this was impossible. It is sound planning. What I fear is that the power requirements for a whole bunch of these buildings will be too severe.
I said that to power this building in the manner proposed is next to impossible.
I'm with ogschizo, why can't you just mind your own business if they want a twirling tower then they've got it. If you were to design a building and everyone says it wouldnt work would you give up? I'm sure you would say no cause you know that it would work!
