@RazvanGrozny there are different kind of actions. The thinking itself doesn't depend on the action with the hands. The action of thinking is done while thinking.
and following aristotetle we have to divide between ponoi and ergon... only in a certain sphere the actions can become actions of the mind.
to turn off the brain and just do something is never meant by Aristotle.. this is what slaves do. i.e. to become a master of cooking you need to think first and not just train your body.

following Aristotle, thought is, first and foremost, in view to action. One will not deny that it will, in the end, be it's own good, however, one cannot ignore the ground from which it emerges.
Neighbours of Being, perhaps, but, we have to start from a state of radical disorientation. Said state of falleness is a precondition to thought.
You should know this if you're going to use heideggerian lingo.

Just sad to see so many Professors of Philosophy.. even of the University of Harvard .. only doing historical philosophy- trying to make philosophy more scientific. They have to think! on their own!
We need Philosophers! Not Masters of Cooking! of Sport, of the Piano. This is a waste of our human skills. We are zoon logon echon! Neighbours of the Being!
Your credo is: Minimalize the thinking because the body knows what to do? In the most important parts of life, this doesn't help..
