Final Fantasy 7 - Boss 18, JENOVA-Life

Cloud has handed the Black Materia over to Sephiroth after losing control of himself. Aerith knows she is the only one who can stop Sephiroth so makes off in the night to the Forgotton City to summon Holy. The group quickly go after her the following morning where they find Aerith praying. However Sephiroth also knows Aerith's intentions and puts a stop to her efforts by dropping down from above and stabbing Aerith in the chest, killing her. Cloud's emotions go out of control but before he has a chance to fight Sephiroth, the black caped individual flees leaving Jenova behind to finish off the team. JENOVA-Life 10,000HP. I think that the music kept during this boss fight is the best thing ever done in any FF game. It's just extremely emotional. It's perfect how they did that.
