  • This might sound stupid but, Do you do those surgeries on non-asians?

  • @YuuyakeGunz Yes, I do and we are looking for patients of all ethnicities to consent for public photo use.

  • How do you change the actual position of the asian nostrils to make them more angular and point upwards and inwards? And would you yourself peform this type of surgery, or do you not agree with it?

  • @LittleDirtyBlonde23 Small pieces of cartilage is placed along the nostril sides to make them more angular.

  • after an asian rhinoplasty and implant placement, is the strength of the nose weakened, compared to pre-op? how much force must be used to dislodge the implant?

  • @joelkim888 Please see our current youtube video "Organic Asian Rhinoplasty". I no longer use implants. I use only all natural tissue. The nose is not weakened to any significant degree.

  • @kagome481 Pain is easily controlled with medication. It is not particularly painful.

  • I am 18 and I have really low nose bridge and was thinking of getting it done.. But will I feel any kind of pain during or after the surgery? I am really scared of pain.. Thanks(:
