This is a Titantron of Alberto Del Rio's personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez. Now not many people who watch WWE might know Riccardo is a good wrestler, as all they saw of him was that horrible match on NXT vs Conner O' Brian. But Ricardo is experienced in wrestling, and before WWE he was an independant wrestler who went by the name Chimera. So I hope you all like it.

And yes he does use Alberto Del Rio's theme as his FCW theme
