I'm realy trying hard to keep up the good work. And yeah, I want to say that I don't feel the urgde to throw up after I eat but that won't be the truth. I do feel the urdge but i'm not letting in take control over me anymore, sometimes it does mostly it doesn't.

ugh...i mean no offense, but i feel like people who put videos up like this are only anorexic for the "label". noone who has an actually problem like that would blindly post what they eat for anyone to see. i know for a fact i would be damn ashamed to show anyone what i eat.
