If that is legalize that would make Obama legalized to be prez or any other non citizen of the US to be prez, say like China's Hu or Putin could just come to America and want citizenship then run for election!
Oh well maybe they would be better than Obama!

@carnypimp This is a concern of mine also. It will overwhelm the social security system. Everybody that has children, young adults and their future. It is for the stablity of those instititions. This country better do something or they and their children wont have anything to look forward to because of the strain on the resources in this country. So what, ratifty the 14th admendment. Close the hoop hole. The sky isnt going to fall.

@invaliduser1000 Social Sercurity free loaders my dad has a bad heart can't walk hardly can't work because nobody wants to hire a man who keeps going into intensive care because of heart problems. Free Loader? He probably paid more in taxes when he worked then you made in your whole taxes and paycheck in entire life. My dad made so much money he always had to pay taxes he did not get tax returns he deserves social security I hate dumbass people like you!

The problem with this is that this is NOT JUST A GOP ISSUE. This is across the board now. Anybody who is NOT with changing the 14th admendment will be in trouble election time. Whether that be in their home states or on the executive level.
