ScrapGenious: how to make Butterflies of metal

Here are a few butterflies that I have made for this series that just take paper clips. Jazz them up with tissue paper. If you have any kind of pliers at home it makes this project really easy. If you can find a light gauge wire you can make even easier butterflies.

THIS IS SO COOOOOL!!! Now that it's near christmas, i was thinking of a way to make a little homemade ornament for my mom, since she gives us kids ornaments every year. I and going to do this and then just attach a string to it to hang!!!!! thank you sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo­ooooooooooooooo much!!!!!

This is very cool! I was trying to figure out how I could make some butterflies for a wall decal (I reeally want to replicate the one from Gossip Girl, it's SO gorgeous!), and I might be using these with some black tissue paper, and the thinner wire for the antennae! Thanks for putting this up!
