But for some reason the upper floors didn't shatter/squash the lower floors with their momentum or their mass. Keep in mind that this old building was very fragile/rigid and very prone to "cracking."

This building had a much lower steel to concrete ratio than WTC7 did; meaning that it was almost entirely made out of concrete and very little structural steel. Now tell me, after this building reaches a high downward velocity and then stop abruptly; why doesn't it develop ANY cracks?...
