Blast the obliques with this modified version of the classic side ab exercise.

How To:
Begin by balancing on your tailbone with your arms bent at your sides for support. Bend your legs in the air in front of you and extend them to point toward the ceiling. Bend and extend your legs to create a pedaling motion as you remain balanced on your seat. Do not let your feet touch the floor.
