Its from the 3rd Japanese Opening, its not in any episdoe,manga chapter or movie. Just the 3rd opening.

Costume features in : Movie 2

Sakura uses this costume in the second movie "Cardcaptor Sakura: The sealed card." Sakura uses this costume when she must try and capture the void card. Syaoran wears a similar outfit to Sakura’s although it is green instead of pink.
