This short film is based very loosely on Nietzsche's Thus Spoke Zarathustra. This is by far my most ambitious film and I'm proud of my special effects. Featured in the LiteBrite film festival.
Sorry to be honest here but I get much more out of what tiakpark comments on then I do from this vid. The vid is just too little and in keeping with the idea of the overman I do hope that future vids will show more put into them as a sign of never stopping to keep striving to become the over man. A goal that may never be reached in life by us all but what are we if we just give up and try no longer. We might as well all be mall rats shopping for Prada, Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger like clones.
This video's weak. Zarathustra is just a person. You keep saying "Thus Spoke The Overman" and it sounds like you're surrendering yourself to the idea while not actually achieving it.
Man is not trivial. Zarathustra once went under for man. Yes, he was rejected by man but to hold man in contempt for that only validates man's silliness. Even Nietzsche had to overcome his contempt for man.
Don't treat Thus Spoke Zarathustra like the freaking bible.

"I love man," thus spoke Zarathustra.

It's a little too artsy, not enough actual talking.
