Jawonio, the non-profit in Rockland and Westchester serving children and adults with developmental disabilities and special needs participated in a NYS Senate Finance Committee hearing on November 5th in Greenburgh NY. Jawonio consumers were the only people with disabilities who testified on the Governor's proposals.
