  • is it perhaps to take it in the daytime rather than last thing ie to mitage nightmares possibility, or will the beneficial effects actually be lost if i do ? thanks [ would have helped to have said this in vid].

  • @elainesman I usually get tired if I take it during the day. Some people handle it ok, but I never can. 

  • I was wondering if its safe to take along with tyrosine? Have you done this?

  • can you take this with melatonin for a mood calming effect? my doctor does not want me OFF the melatonin due to my delayed sleep phase syndrome.

  • Do you guys wake up feeling groggy the next day after taking 5htp the night before? I've been taking it the past few nights and I have been sleeping well but upon waking in the morning and throughout the day I feel groggy and lethargic. I'm thinking this could be caused by the valerian root that is also in these 5htp capsules?

    Do you feel pure shit after a time or when you quit?

  • this pill is simply magic! kinda works like extasy for me, makes u happy, extremely talkative and energized, makes u dance and sing and whole 9 yards.. i hope it doesnt wear off and doesnt do harm in the long run, regardless im taking it every single day of my life!

  • @makerzddd yeah stay away from drugs, they just hide the true cause and fuck you up big time in the end. Try 5-htp and it will help enough to get on with living,but your gonna have to try and focus on the mental part also, try meditation, and all round positive thinking, all day just positive,
