OK,I heard the 'nowhere' - it sounds like 'noweah', meaning, he pronounces the word without the sound of the letter 'r'. Almost sounds - to my ears at least - like the Boston way of bagging the Rs out of words. Never heard a Southern accent like that - but then again, I used to live in Maryland.

What you and most people like you forget and are guilty of is judging Rush on the basis of what other blow hards say. Although I dont agree with Rush all the time, in this instance he was pointing out the utter disrergard at the attempt of this pos bureaucrat imposing censorship on US citizens.
