@AverageNine Your right that is how it is supposed to work....buy the items submitt the reciepts and get the difference back.....the only problem is the turn around time is extrodinary..... one reciept took nearly a month to get refunded...which would be fine if that was what were were told was going to happen..... or not lied to and told the check was in the mail... I live less then 40kms from the offices where the checks are processed and mailed from....he has tried to convince us that it was
