Part-65 Description: In Matthew 5:17-22, 27-28 (God magnify the Law like a magnifying glass, for us to see clearly our sins to repent and asks for forgiveness, so that we could receive the promise salvation and eternal life.) 17 "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19 Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven. (The Pharisees and the teachers of the law zealously followed the Ten Commandments and other commands of God; that is why it is a big mistake to teach that we don't need to obey the Commandments of God because Jesus nailed it on the cross and He obeyed it for us. You will never find that teaching in the Holy Bible, instead Lord Jesus magnified it like a magnifying glass for us to see very clearly our sins that leads to death; showing us that we need a Savior.) 21 "You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, `Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.' 22 But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, `Raca, ' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, `You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell. 27 "You have heard that it was said, `Do not commit adultery.' 28 But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. James1:19-25; 19 My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires. 21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you. 22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. 23 Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror 24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. 25 But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it-- he will be blessed in what he does. James 2:8: 1:25; 8 If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, "Love your neighbor as yourself," you are doing right. 25 But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it-- he will be blessed in what he does. Rom. 7:14 We know that the law is spiritual; but I am unspiritual, sold as a slave to sin. Psalms 119: 152, 160; 152 Long ago I learned from your statutes that you established them to last forever. 160 All your words are true; all your righteous laws are eternal. Our Lord God and Savior Jesus Christ had told us that if we want to receive and to enter eternal life in His kingdom, we need to obey the Commandments of Love—the Ten Commandments.

  • Everything I have teach and preach came from the revelation of the Holy Spirit. If you or anybody do not want to accept or believe it , no one is forcing you. Everything we have said and done, we shall answer to the Father on judgement day; either we shall receive the blessings or punishment. We decide for ourselves.

  • Amen! A true Christian speaks. Our Father God, the Holy Spirit reveals it to you in Jesus name. Continue living in the TRUTH of the WORD of GOD that will lead you on the way to the kingdom of God, the only WAY. May the ONE true God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob bless you and your love ones.

  • @jesuswayph No eternal life is not by obeying the law. If u want to justify yourself to heaven then not only do u have to obey the 50 commands of Jesus, u shud avoid the 667 sins in the bible. Do u wnat to know who is perfectly qualified for heaven? it is one who does the will of the father i.e. BELIEVES in the one who the father sent. THAT IS IT!! if u want to earn your way to heaven, you are obligated then to obey the WHOLE law!

  • James calls God's law a "law of liberty," or freedom, when he says that "he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does" (James 1:25). True freedom cannot come apart from, but must come from harmony with, God's commandments. As Christ asks in Luke 6:46, "why do you call Me 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do the things which I say?"
