Oooh 20B alt! That makes a little more sense to me now, I thought the 12A was just teeny! Not that its not lol. I know it doesnt compare, but I did 55 h4 halogens in my chevy blazer with e code 200mm housings and I liked it. After that, I decided to try hid's. How's it look? watch?v=w-K40TJfEvY

@GOD12A Anywhere from $300 to $1000+ depending on how much work ya want in them. Angle cut secondaries require milling, cc'd ports take time and effort etc etc The port you hear in the vid is an angle cut bridge, cc'd and angle matched. Many more hours involved than a pedestal drill and an hour or two with a die grinder!!

@yz250fwepon How long is a piece of string?!?! Anywhere from a few hundred for a hack job to a thousands for a nice job. Remembering that you need the rest of the car to suit. Not much use having a motor that can rev to 10k rpm with an intake and exhaust off a lawnmower ;)

Lol that alternator is half the size of the 12A!
psychotikpaisano 1 year ago
@psychotikpaisano It's a bigger alternator from a 20B JC Cosmo. I went this big to power my headlights ;) The standard sealed beam headlights have been replaced with the biggest H4 Halogens I could find and the high beams are actually flat lens aircraft landing gear lights!! These babies light up any twisty road at night...
