Have you ever wondered who came up with the classic joke "why did the chicken cross the road?" I know I have, and that's why I made this movie. Also because I am applying to NYU and Tisch School of the Arts requires a film. Actually, I am realizing as I write this description that NYU's film requirement is the sole reason I made this film, and it has nothing at all to do with my curiosity surrounding the origin of this joke. Have fun watching it. Please comment, I would really like feedback...good or bad. Note: This video got me into the school!

Out of all of the application films i watched on youtube while anticipating my own acceptance, this was my FAVORITE, hands down. hilarious and clever, i hope i run into you in new york. hahaha

this was an awesome film very enjoyable to watch. im a current junior and want to go to tisch so bad! i make movies all the time when i can and i think im quite good at it. besides a unique film is there anything else i need to get in? did you take cinema classes in highschool? again this was great and id really like ur help. if you wanna see some of my vids visit my page. good luck at TISCH!!

my GPA was a 3.5 or 3.6 and my SAT's were 2050/2400 (1330/1600)

did you have the little pop ups on the film when you sent it int to NYU?

No...youtube gives you the option to put the popups up...its like a new feature i just recently did it

Well just make sure that whatever it is your film is about...it is something you feel passionate for. I tried a bunch of different ideas until i landed on this one, and you just kind of know when you've got the right one. Good luck!!!!
