can anyone name one toxic chemical inside the body. No because there are no toxic chemical in the body only way of getting toxic chemical inside of you is to ingest it like bleach...by the way thumbs up if you think he was high doing this but really he just a special child

This is the only thing that I have taken in hopes of detoxifying that I believe actually worked. Let's just say I had noticeable side effects. Many might have thought "this does not agree with me" and would have stopped taking it. I recognized the side effects for what they were and I pushed through it. I am so glad that I did. Spirulina is a magic bullet for me.

@jenesis2jenesis Aloha! Spirulina is rich in iron and can potentially raise your blood iron levels. Chlorella would be another wonderful food to raise blood iron level. All things green, and chlorella is the most green. You also want to make sure your kidneys are "on". As far as fasting on spirulina, it depends on what you mean by fasting. In its traditional meaning, fasting would be abstaining from food, even spirulina. You can definitely mono eat it for a little while and cleanse as such
So u don't do any animal products???

@szymborski11 Hello! I do eat animal products, raw and organic, specifically raw,grass fed dairy products. They have proven to work very well for me. Spirulina was a major food for me while on a raw vegan diet and I still love and consume it to this day. :)
