Thats good! I used to do lots of doughnuts on mine, back when it was a paddock basher, I have rebuit the engine, a port polish so I am excited to find out what it will do when I get some new tyres on it. :D

Its called 'sequential manual transmission'.

Its basically three forks controlled by three rods that are engaged by the shift lever.

Yeah I will once I run it in, but hav to wait about 7 months at least before I get my motorcycle licence, the licensing legislation really sucks and I was really dissapointed finding out those new laws since spending a grand on the postie getting it to where it is now! so it is sitting in the shed, gathering dust until then. meanwhile I am abusing a worn-out PGO Hot 50. :D
