So do you have to have router in order to use your black berry.or does your blackberry already have wifi in it.because im thinking of getting this phone for my bday

hi, i have a problem whith my bb,when try to conect it to the internet at home it says it is connected and avery thing's right but when i try to go on line says no internet connection any 1 can help?

I need help please! Everytime I try turning on my wifi, it stays on for a second and then it turns of...Can someone help me figure out what is wrong with it please. I live in Belgium, and here we don't have a Blackberry shop, so I don't know what to do :(

@arifJackk You can do just about any online activity over WiFi on your BlackBerry; get on Facebook, Yahoo!, YouTube, whatever. However, in order to install apps (i.e. access BlackBerry App World) on your device, you have to have an active BlackBerry plan from your cellular provider.

hi, i have a problem conecting to my home network wi fi. i enter the password and it says unable to get ip. can someone help me? thanks

@donracom Try turning off encryption with your wireless router and see if it connects, if not then there is a problem/issue with your BlackBerry.

hey i need help, when i connect my bb to my wifi home network, i also keep my mobile network on so i can send and receive calls, so if im at home and using the web browser like going on youtube and stuff is it free or using data?

@Gamerxedge When you're connected to WiFi, your BlackBerry will use that connection for web browsing including YouTube. Your cellular connection will only be used if there's a problem with the WiFi connection and for incoming calls / text messages.
