  • @superspartan11 Does anyone really belong in torment forever. Eventually you will be genuinely sorry for your actions.

  • @Andyrolled Dante put Judas in the 9th circle of hell for betraying Christ. Pilate didn't betray anyone, but washed his hands on the matter more to avoid trouble with the Caesar. He suggested alternative punishments to avoid crucifixion, and when what he suggested was being ignored, he simply said "ok screw you people. do what you want with him, but I'll have nothing to do with it".

  • I'm just laughing my ass off at your moral debate, I came here just to watch what would happen pending on what I choose to do as a guide line to my own game experience, and here you self-claimed religious history-professors actually debating over subjects you can neither prove or refute... but meh, I'm gonna go absolve him since I like the perks in Holy better than Unholy, been enjoying the game, playing on Hellsih, wich is okay, but could wish for more challenge :/

  • cross hero :now only in dante's inferno

  • You are absolved of your sins in the name of the X button, and of the Y button and the A and B buttons. Amen!!!!

  • He deserves to be in Hell.He killed innocent people, stole money from the jewish temple and was a cruel and evil ruler

  • @TheMoztecka Does a child molester and killer deserve to be free.If you felt sorry u shouldn't of killed and molested kids

  • Just re-played D.I. from start, on hellish difficulty. And i just absolved Pontius Pilate 3 minutes ago... Why?

I needed my Holy Gauge to level up... XD

  • @fiercezero

He coldly 'washed his hands' of it, and was willing to at least torture Christ. I would have thought that he'd be included in the Wood of Suicides, since according to legend, he committed suicide after being exiled. Perhaps that sin condemned him to Hell, yet he was chiefly judged for having a hand in Christ's suffering.

  • @TheMoztecka Well as I say so mote it be.

  • @mlarosa25 Well is you say so.

  • @TheMoztecka entirely depends, lucifer genuinely isnt sorry for turning against god, mainly due to pride, thus he would never be sorry for his actions : /, besides on the game what the lost souls say as understand changes according to the difficulty your playing, being that on infernal difficulty, they say some stuff that makes it really hard to want to absolve, for example semiramis, normal, "i only gave in to the best of my temptations", infernal "I BUILT AN EMPIRE WITH MY LUST!" etc etc
