You can visibly see that inches and bloating have gone down in my stomach. Is it a wash board?? No, but if I wanted a wash board I'd be doing some crunches. This product is for women who want to condition their bellies and lose the inches.
You should do this procedure twice a week. It helps to reduce stress in the stomach area. The belly is where we hold most of our stress.

im not saying this didnt work becus it looks like it do if you do it for a while and workout. but the video she made where she showing how to put the wrap on was done in Dec 8, 2009 and this one was put up in nov 28, 2009. just saying, but anyway i want to try this lol.
