How? They found someone who knows how to do it....
...or so they claim

It doesn't seem to happen if I'm thinking about it. Also, DXM is a known possible culprit. :p Increases aura field or something.

If I were driving and I saw a street light go out I would assume it was the bulb and that I got lucky. If it happened a couple times in one night, I would assume that my headlamps were somehow tricking a photocell at the top of the pole. How anyone skips the mundane and imagines themselves a magical static being with extraordinary powers is beyond me. Well, how Tim Holmes does it is pretty clear but I am talking about the rest of you.

I thought it was the normal cycle of the light like some people here say it is but then I went out with some friends and while driving, I noticed that some lights were turned off and by looking at them while getting close (about 20ft) they would begin to turn on. This did not happen with just 3 or 4 lights but about 25. I also did it with the light like the ones you would see in the parking lot in Wal-Mart that have 2 each. Coincidence?

hahaha.. this is funny.. i just always thought that the street lights had a sensor that knew when a human had passed so it turned out to save hydro...because it has been happening to me my entire life...also radios go fuzzy or clearer when i go near them depending, I thought it happend to every one.. and as for cordless phones, i cant touch any part of myself when i am on them and watches always die on me...
