Inner Demons (Chlavis AU) part 1- From Yesterday

So this is the first video from my new to-edit-list :-) It's dedicated to MrSamWitwer, not only because he was the first one who wished for it, but also because he's always one of the first to comment with a lot of encouraging words.

Color = Present
Black/White = Flashbacks

So here's the plot.
We start with Davis quitting with Chloe. After she leaves, we see him having flashbacks and visions of him being Doomsday and being dangerous for Chloe and others, which is - we suppose - the main reason he leaves her.
We see that he is still struggeling with his inner demons, until he comes to the point when he asks Chloe for one last favour: help him die. While he is dying in the kryptonite cage we see the other reason, why he so hardly wants to get away from Chloe: she's going to have his child.

In conclusion, I will just flail around here for a while. It seems almost impossible how you can construct all these stories out of these scenes and make them work with such gorgeousness, and then you pull out a whole bunch of things out of your cap!

Hee! I'm just quickie watching before my actual comment and I've got to say I love how you twisted around the use of Infamous perfectly.... the gothic greys and dark colors while Chloe saves Davis.... the consummation flashes in and out. and the sonogram made me into mush. You fit that beautifully as Davis flash in the cage. At the same time you made me all very depressed because Chloe is in pregnant and she's lost the one guy she really needed. WAH!

Maybe this is just the beginning and there will be a sequel to one of the other songs from my to-do list, so they get their happy ending.

But I don't want to spoil it ;-)

Davis is stubbornly determined to give his kid a chance to be free of blood and death and in doing so hell tear himself from the family and love he so desperately wants to be there to give back.

And Chloe crying and her quote about his death killing a part of her. Im going to need that happy ending. Yes. Happy ending! YES. Ill cry, I will if its not. ;p

3:47, the one kinda sexy clip you chose there really fits with the tactile impulses they have shown throughout their relationship, slow and soft knee touches. It merges beautifully with all that passionate whirring kissing that kinda fades into the Kryptonite cage.

And then while in the cage, his vision being the one he saw before, the tiny image of his and Chloes baby as he's dying.
