This is how I grill fresh capsicum/peppers on my Weber Q bbq. At the end of the video is a simple "warm" capsicum salad recipe.

I am very passionate about food growing too and if you're digging up the drive way for extra growing space and chicken feed you're obviously very committed and good on you! About seeing my patch, all of the fruit and vegetable growing images on my website (Self Sufficient Me) are of my garden if you want a quick look but I intend to incorporate more of my patch in future videos.

What a great deck for your webber. I like how you changed the format of your videos. You could also make pizza toppings or preserve with vinegar and olive oil. I like how you grow your own. We do that too and it is so rewarding. I recommend a BBQ guy in Youtube called Aussie Griller. I like to support Aussie Youtubers. My husband has a channel too but he does computer help.

Hi, thanks for that! Yeah, we like to have the Weber just outside the kitchen on the deck to use as a second cooker/griller (saves getting the stove dirty and smoking up the place, which I tend to do sometimes when grilling meat - especially pork/lamb). Growing a lot of my own fruit and veg is probably the best move I ever made for several good reasons - as you'd know. I'll checkout the Aussie Griller for sure (even the name is cool). Cheers :)

I love vegetable gardening. I would love to see your veggie patch. By the look of those peppers it must be amazing. I am ripping up suburbia patch by patch to plant veggies, fruits and herbs. This week I even ripped up the green strip down the center of my driveway to the garage. My Chickens loved the worm fest. Every little bit counts.
