Brilliant memories of Atlantic 252 and after listening to some billboard charts from the usa of 1990 and 1991 ive rediscovered some old tunes Atlantic used to play from those years sooperb :)

Some of these tunes match my early memories of jingles from my local independant radio station (sadly no longer independant)

I miss Atlantic 252. We'd always listen to it when we went on holiday to Scotland, and it was the only station you could get in the highlands :)

I remember listening to Atlantic 252 whilst in art lessons in the 6th form... we were allowed to listen to the radio, because it was once said (by the government) I think, it was in the news anyway... that listening to music whilst working, helped stimulate your brain and helped you work better! :-) So the tutors allowed us to listen to the radio!
