He's not lip syncing (note correct spelling), doesn't have to. He's not a fraud (again, note correct spelling). You can tell from this video he's wearing make up? Well, he probably is but you think Elvis didn't wear make up on stage???

TERRIFIC VOICE IMPERSONATION! What amazing voice, he's got.. I particularly enjoyed "What now my love" - a song that I consider hard to sing - you can easily fail on that up-temped last 'What Now My Love...'
Naturally he's not perfect; perfect in this context would simply be Elvis as the goal is to be as similair to Elvis as possible. Ugly sentence, I know.
Doug hasn't got the charisma or the prowess but he sure has the voice
