  • how do you make the plates?

  • @FWave

There are 2 ways to make plates. One way is by laser engraver.

The other way to make plates is to chemical etch photopolymer plates. Check out our videos page for more detail or visit our website inkcups.com

  • Doing a 1000 shirts would take a very long time. This would be pretty cool if your doing a small order of shirts.

  • @XtremeInkz Actually, the average cycle time for tagless printing is 1000 tags per hour. Watch our last video, it will give you an idea about the average speed of printing.

  • I want one :D

  • for Me to see inkcup now corp

  • Thats cool. I like the soft pink thing.

  • I have one of the small, manual pad printers, and boy does this automatic one look nice! I've also noticed that the machine is putting much more pressure on the shirt than it is the plate, I wonder if that's intentional.

  • Good informative video.

I've noticed that adding pad dwell on the shirt improves opacity.

I heard the sirens.... Tag less printing this good is a criminal offense!
