@nintendude60 restart your computer and just after the initial Manufacturer screen (Dell, HP, Acer etc.) start tapping F8 until you get a text screen with the option to use safe mode, select that and let the computer load. Once your computer gets to the normal windows login screen, choose the administrator account and login. Keep in mind things wont look normal in this mode. Delete the folder you want and then restart your computer normally. Hope that helps!
@KnightWithaPC alright i got it uninstalled, but it wont let me delete the folder now? it says permissions, CREATOR, then like another thing, then admin? which admin is me? i want to delete the actual folder now? how do i do that?

@nintendude60 Without knowing more about your system, it will be hard to troubleshoot. Are you using Windows XP, Vista or 7?

@nintendude60 I would restart the computer in safe mode, then login as administrator and delete the folder. Then restart again and login normally.

@nintendude60 I would assume that has to do with your user permissions. Does your Windows account have Administrator privileges?
