Nice vid man, how do you stop the tail rotor ripping to the right as soon as you jump in the gunner seat? Ive tried this but i have to set the nose of the chopper way to the left of the target so when i change seats its facing towards it?

you can't, but the trick is to keep the right mouse button pressed before pressing f2 to switch to the gunner seat ;)
