@thSannin What was stopping him using his left foot to pass? It bounced up and was then on Vieri's weaker foot. Flicked passes may 'look' good but they are harder to control quickly because of the extra spin and bounce on the ball they create. The best passes are on the floor so the striker has no excuse to not control it or miss it first time. Anyone can mishit a bobbly ball!

Overelaborate pass cause the miss as the ball bounced up! Along the floor would have meant he could have kept it down easier and scored!
