"With Love" campaign is false advertising. Got a parking ticket today two minutes after meter expired!!! I was there 4 minutes after it expired. Left the city to finish shopping and get dinner in NJ. (saw 3 parking meter maids giving tickets on the way out!) You should go to NJ, Delaware or somewhere else in Pennsylvania as well.
