At the opening sessions of the 2008 Circuit Riders conference, Marc Osten did a brilliant job of facilitating two plenary discussions that yielded rich conversations that you can see in the two video links below.
He did that by asking participants two questions: whether or not web 2.0 technologies are providing voluntary and community organisations now with the ability to change the world ... and then whether circuit riders have the skills to satisfy those organisations.
