You're not the only one! Ginny has almost no lines in the books or movies and almost no screen time in the movies. Harry doesn't even think about her. Then bam, he's in love with her? Ginny = glorified "Mary Sue". Harry didn't like her until she started fooling around with every other guy on campus...

Harry never even noticed ginny until the sixth book. At least not in the romantic sense. But she's wanted him since she met him. kinda pisses me off that all the sudden he decides he likes her.
