KBLA's Chief Instructor, Dr. Mark Cheng, RKC Team Leader, demonstrates the No-Hands Kettlebell Swing. Doc first saw this demonstrated by Paul Daniels, RKC TL, and he found it a brilliant way to continue training KBs when your grip is too tired or you've ripped open a callus or blister. Since Dr. Cheng uses his hands for manual medicine in his clinic, there are times when he can't afford to fry his grip. The No-Hands Swing offers another way of continuing to train without overtaxing the grip. All of the essential points of Pavel Tsatsouline's Hard Style swing remain the same. The only difference is the means of attaching your body to the bell.
Train hard, train smart, train kettlebells!
