This is a comedy sketch (which AT&T threatened to sue me for) from my 2010 album, PatriPSYCHotic! It's a satire of call centres. This particular video, I cut while the album was still in progress, which explains why it says, "Upcoming."
However, it is available now and for purchase, pricing, more previews, or otherwise more information, please visit my music website at http://music.underceej.co.uk
In addition to finding the CD at my music site, you may also view an alternate version of this video at my film site: http://films.underceej.co.uk/patripsychotic/
The cast are listed in the video.
The hold music is Cinescore.
The sound effects are SoundSnap.com
The subject of satire is not specifically AT&T, nor are they the organisation operating the call centre in the sketch, but rather all call centres. I used AT&T in the title solely because they are most known for this behaviour, but are certainly not the worst at it.

But he did Bill and Ted style instead. I thought it was just as funny.
