The last regular season game of the year saw the RPI Engineers on the road against the 9th ranked Cornell Big Red hockey team. Playing at Lynah Rink in Ithaca can be both daunting and fun. Partly because Cornell usually plays well at home....usually.... and also because Cornell fans can be loud. Here's their regular ritual performed during the introduction of the visiting team, where the fans appear to be so bored, they must read a newspaper. Then the toss the papers on the ice. This is probably some sort of NCAA rule violation, but the mess is quickly cleaned up, and the harmless bit of fun has no effect on the game.
