Great review!

Thanks for teaching me the F in FLGS isn't what I thought it was! Seriously. Great review intro. And it's nice you mention the price and point out some of the design flaws. If Somebody gets a couple of rats killed they're out of luck? What's their motivation to continue? Just to ruin everybody else's chances?

hey jim ... when are you going to do that next series on descent (the road to legends one)
Waiting for it with anticipation!! (picture hands grinding together and a sinicle smile on my face)

The rats start on space 10.

Definitely your best review. You showed your personality and opinions in this review - especially the first minute was good since it was mildly amusing.
Please, keep showing your personality in your reviews! I would suggest reviewing more "novel" games like this, and less "war" games, since I think that "war" games are inherently more similar and therefore less interesting to talk about!

Great review Jim. I will now buy this game. Having your daughter pop in at the end with "can we play now" was perfect. Keep up the good work.

Are you serious? Yet another game that should be about rats (like rats from a sinking ship), has pictures of rats on the cover, and yet is apparently about mice? I can't stand it. I'm sorry, I like rats. Mice on the other hand are just food for other animals. I bet the origional germain game is about rats, not mice. In any case it looks like a fun game and I can call them rats if I want, I don't care what you say. Ratples, okay so that doesn't really work.
Cute little girl by the way.

I must have almost bought this one a dozen times.. While it looks solid enough, I'm still on the fence. Great review, thanks.

I saw this played at my FLGS a while ago and did a double-take -- at first glance, I thought those "mouse-ples" were "meepenises."
Perhaps AEG could have posed them different;y...
