The Life of Chris Sadowski

Diagnosed with Multiply Myeloma in November 2007, and succumbing to cancer on April 11, 2008, my brother Chris fought an unwinnable battle. I made this heartfelt tribute to him because i wanted to make sure that wherever he may be, if he can see it, that his life had meaning and that he touched the lives of so many. His life made a difference and i will always remember him.

I only hope one day soon some breakthrough will allow us to either prevent or stay the hand of cancer. No one should have to die that way. Its not right and its not fair. I can only hope i show the same amount of courage at the end that i saw in my brother.

Pretty cool video. Very young man to have Myeloma. At least it took him quickly. This disease has been eating away at me for over 5 years. I used to have a physique like Chris's, but now after three surgeries to fuse vertebrae and implant rods to reinforce weak bones I look like something out of a horror movie. For all of those that loved Chris you can take solice that he didn't have to suffer years of treatments, surgery and despair like I am. God bless.
