That's very much what my job as a library clerk is like. Yes, people will be standing right in front of our DVDs or next to the copy machine and ask where they are. Our children's side has all these HUGE stuffed animals all over on top of the shelves, people will be staring RIGHT at them, then ask me where the children's section is.
