Hello. I recently converted some old silent 8mm films to DVD. The company that did the conversion included a compilation of different songs with the film. There is one piece in particular that I really like. I don't know the song name or composer and credits were not given. This is the song. Can you identify the song name and/or composer? Thank you very much!

  • this sounds vaguely like Ed Van Fleet, who did "Evening Passages"...which was a relaxation tape released sometime in the 90's.

got any idea about MY mystery song that i just posted!?

  • Hi. It sounds like him, but I don't think it's him. I couldn't find this song among his. Thanks for trying though.

I'm sorry, but I don't know the title, composer or performer for your piece. Good luck though.

  • prophetic noise - profiler

  • That's not it. Thanks anyway though.

  • sounds a little like rick wakeman on merlin's song

  • That's not it. You are right though. It does sound Rick Wakeman on Merlin's song. Thanks anyway.

  • @Pam474 Justin Bieber - Baby

  • it songs a lot like one of the songs that Isisip makes.

  • @chuy0000 ^^

  • To me it sounds like something by Yanni - listen to "Nostalgia" from Yanni live at the Acropolis - this piece has many of the same thematic styles and phrasing as that one. Although not a direct match, it's close enough to make me think it might be something by him. Sorry I can't match it exactly.

  • My VCast Song ID says it's "Minakupenda" by Hindirah.

  • Sorry I can't identified anything from it, because it's the first time I heard it, but it was great though!

  • it's whiskey on the jar by metallica.

  • Just a guess sounds like it could be the one and only Jan Hammer, the guy who did Crocketts theme for Miami Vice!
