Marvelous!!!!! I'm catching up with your videos - and a bit of your life - in this best of all New Years!

You're an inspiration to all. :))

I have tried in the intervening years to re-build what's left of my ab muscles, but without much success. However, two weeks ago I started doing the P90X program with Tony Horton, which, of course, includes the ab ripper x workout. I can hardly do any of the exercises, but I'm doing the best I can with what I have, and I think with everything else I'm doing including yoga, plyometrics and core synergistics, who knows? I may get to where I can actually do the ab workout.
You go girl!

Phae, you are such an inspiration! As you may know, if you watched my Blues Stay Away From Me video, I was in a motorcycle wreck in June of 1994. I broke half a dozen bones, and sacrificed half of my former six pack in order to save my left leg. While my leg was ultimately saved my ab muscle flap was wasted because it died. They ended up using another muscle from my left foot which worked. In any case, I miss my ab muscles. I can hardly do sit-ups anymore and a pull-over is out of the question.

OK, OK, I am laughing heartily... flexing along with you and enjoying the *power* of the (um, I think) largest muscle in the body...
Now I have two friends to whom I am going to bring your message. They are both in hospital due to serious motorbike crashes. One will be laid up for months. He especially can benefit from this "one muscle" lesson! The other has facial injuries that will disfigure him forever. I can still see this as a healing device.
You AMAZE, you share, you heal...

Thanks, Tom. It means a lot to me to have people see the continuity.
I never gave up for good, which is maybe almost as good as not giving up at all, only it takes longer.
