Not to be rude or elitist, but it's not the karts that are slow. You were turning 26-27 seconds. If you come out to the league nights, you'll find out how to turn 22-23 on a regular basis on that same course.
Your last turn, turn 7, your turn-in is too early, and you're using brakes to get into it. The only thing you need to do there is lift, turn in, then full throttle through the turn and down the straight. Doing just that, you'll pull a second off your time.

Savowood - I only taped some dudes that were on the track prior to my group's Mini Grand Prix...I'm more like 24 seconds.

The karts were actually decent (in terms of speed). But, of course the superkarts would've been much better...I'm looking to find another track that I can race at.
