So much for salaries, so much for equipment(without writing the actual equipment, just the value, subject to internal audit) and so on.

The only thing you couldn't justify would be kick-backs, bribes, and such.

Top secret military projects still have to submit expense reports, employee service (for pension plan) and so on.

I'm going to go out on a limb and surmise that a lot of that 2.3 Trillion, yes, with a "T," went to pay for what happened the next day...just an educated guess. 2.3 Trillion dollars, with a T, is 63 million dollars a day, every day, for 100 years. Time to throw them all out (the ENTIRE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT) and start over. That's your money, your children's money, your grand-children's money, your great-grandchild's money etc...you get the picture. No wonder the economy is circling the drain.

Please take "(Conspiracies)" out of your title. The word "conspiracy" connotes "conspiracy theories" which everyone has been trained to automatically ignore. Great vid though.
