Fit's in well with the work of Tony Schwartz who proved scientifically that we are more productive when we take brakes during the day.
I love the my version of Stillness Buddy featuring Thich Nhat Hanh. I am sure the other versions are great too.

I downloaded the Dalai Lama version ... love it! Sometimes I find myself annoyed when it pops up, then I remember its purpose and laugh at myself =) Great little program!
