so its easier to manipulate the color. without making a new layer he may have to alter the entire painting rather than a select area. then you would have to carefully adjust whatever mistakes that're made. it also helps control which colors lap over others

exactly, but the most impotant thing here is the use of a tablet so you can apply pressure too.

hey man, i love the PS work here. how did you record almost all of the movements and stuff? the only way i can record my stuff to a video is by saving many copies, and then transitioning them through windows movie maker. help!!

LOL no way man that would take hours to do, just download the software CAMTASIA STUDIO 4, its free, you only need to search a serial code (not hard to crack), thanks for watching.
