Go Warriors. Even though I am a Hawaii fan, I wish Boise would have won this game.

yeah, all in all, ian johnson had a bum ankle and went in for several minutes at most, their star reciever never made the trip due to violations and their QB couldn't step it up to make up for those loses..AND E. Carolina's RB led the nation in all purpose yards this year so he ain't just some scrub..but still..

Good job JJ on taking the Warriors to the Sugar Bowl. As for Boise St. who really knows what happened. But ECU domintated them big time. They should have stayed on the smurf turf.

Boise was trying to copy Hawaii.

Step 1: Come out flat.
Step 2: Make early mistakes.
Step 3: Fall into big deficit.
Step 4: Make improbable comeback.

Can't blame them, really. Too bad they couldn't finish.

(No, the above post is not to be taken seriously.)

And this is why you play the games. Ratings and all that conventional wisdom stuff can be thrown out the window if it doesn't translate to it on the field.

And 97 or 98% of the people playing ESPN College Bowl Mania called for a Bronco win. Even I called for the Broncos to bounce back. Seems there is no Aloha for Boise at Aloha Stadium. Shame.

1. Jeremy Childs and other key weapons broke team rules.
2. Ian Johnson was a shell of himself.
3. Boise did not play like Boise.
4. Injuries to key guys that helped us against BSU a few weeks back.
5. ECU came out ready to play, plain and simple.
