i've been a construction worker since i was 16,framer,roofer,drywall man mainly

amd women have come on eand tried these jobs

now a woman can do drywall finishing,and texture and sanding

but the females that have tried roofing or framing or trying to hang some 5/8 sheet drywall,cant do it,they give up

@Bisquack You're working with the wrong women, then. Stop helping them. I've done warehouse work for years and all the women I've ever worked with bust their butts. If they're not doing the same job equally, then they shouldn't be paid equally. Don't generalize all women because of the few you've worked with.

@tigerslilly29 No the men die because they have riskier jobs. They don't sit on their asses talking on the phone and emailing while sipping their coffee. I work with women and they are more of a liability then help. They are too slow and always take a back seat when it comes to heavy lifting. They are worthless and don't deserve equal pay because they don't do equal work and they can't do it because they are small and weak.

Like I said, the guy who works fast food isn't working as hard as a man in construction, but it doesn't mean he's working harder than his female coworkers. If women in these jobs where they work along side men don't do the work, they will not have a job. My former boss preferred to hire women because women do the work.
